I love beaches and yoga. I´m not a yoga expert and I don´t practice yogaa frequently but it would be a good start to visit one of those beaches and begin streetching the parts of the body
These are all good destinations to do yoga and enjoy the tourist spots at the same time. I’ve always liked to go to Morocco and Mexico. 😉
Wow. I love Yoga and I have been into Yoga for many years now. Doing Yoga keeps me fit and healthy both physically and mentally making me stop visiting the gym. I know Bhutan is famous for Yoga but I was surprised to see Mexico, Bali, and Morrocco in the list. Anyway if I travel to these places in the future I would definitely try it out. Thanks for sharing.
I’m going to start my Hatha Yoga PE sessions this week, I even bought a matt and everything! If ever I took yoga seriously, I think I might just visit one of these places one day.
I’ve always wanted to be a yoga instructor but an antigravity one. I hope you can talk about where to get certified.
Looks like they’re good places to start Yoga for myself as well.
Wow, thanks for the information. Learning Yoga while traveling sounds great. And Bhutan is one of my to-visit places.
I do find yoga interesting. I don’t do it much, but when I do it feels relaxing. A yoga retreat also seems interesting. The two places that peeked my interest while reading are Tulum, Mexico and Bhutan. For Tulum, the underwater cave exploration sounds exciting. For Bhutan, I’ve never heard of that country, but for a country that focuses that much on maintaining happiness level I would want to know what it is actually about. Addiitionally, I want to check out the food.
I just started yoga some months ago and it helps me in a lot of ways. I would love to visit Morocco someday and that would be awesome because I love surfing as well.
Yoga is a nice way to rejuvenate our system. However, one certainly needs to know the proper techniques to yield best results. The places mentioned in the article could indeed be nice destinations for yoga lovers. They can merge their passion for yoga and travel together.
Didn’t know Mexico has such a place. Yoga is really becoming a routine practice for many people.
WOW YOG OR YOGA is just amazing! It is just so refreshing and light that it can awaken your senses with minimum fuss.. I know Bhutan’s tryst with Yoga but Mexico i was unaware of. Thanks for sharing this information..
Bhutan and Morocco are my dream yoga destinations! Wow, you have just included my fave countries. Can’t wait to do some yoga exploration there.
Bhutan is the best place if I were to choose. I have read a lot about yoga and the country. Of course yoga has spread like wildfire to other places.
I never knew there was such a thing like Yoga retreats. I have never been to any of the above places but the article is an eye opener and If I would plan a trip it would be one of those places mentioned.
If I was to pursue being a Yogi I would probably prefer the asian countries where there is a developed Yoga culture. In a country like Morocco I don’t think there is much of a Yoga culture as a result of a strong Muslim presence.
I never knew that YOGA has even designated places for it. It is beautiful and all but its expensive very expensive ha ha.
I may not be a yoga expert but I definitely wanna go to Morocco! I’ve started doing yoga since last year and it really helped me a lot. It’s nice to know that these places are wonderful for yoga and relaxation.
I feel that Bhutan is the best country for Yoga Retreats. Most parts of the country are mountains plus the people there have a really healthy lifestyle. It is also constantly voted as the happiest country in the world.
It’s nice to do yoga on destination places. One of my dream destinations is Tulum. Heard so many good things about that place.
Even if I’m no yogi, I’d still add these destinations in my travel bucketlist. 🙂 tbh, I didn’t know these places were known for yoga!
If I can do Yoga at home then I would want to stay at home. However, the advantage of travelling and doing the Yoga to places you visited, is such exciting and enticing for sure. However, it is still based to do it at the comfort of your home.
I started doing Yoga this year and I have to say it’s been great. Being a novice yogi I think I will start out at home but then later on I may start a retreat at Mexico looks like the suitable place.
